About Zander CNC

With more than 15 years of hands-on experience in machining, CNC programming, engineering, and manufacturing, I founded Zander CNC Solutions to provide practical, production-focused engineering support to manufacturers and machine shops.

My experience comes from working directly with the challenges that happen on the shop floor—not just designing parts, but understanding how those parts will actually be machined, fixtured, inspected, and produced efficiently. I specialize in finding practical solutions that improve manufacturability, reduce setup time, and help turn complex ideas into production-ready results.

Through Zander CNC Solutions, I provide CNC programming, fixture design, simulation, reverse engineering, product design, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) services. I also develop custom post processors and provide engineering support tailored to the specific needs of each customer.

Whether you have a physical component that needs to be reverse engineered, a challenging part that needs to be programmed, a fixture that needs to be designed, or a new product that needs to be developed with manufacturing in mind, my goal is the same: provide practical, reliable engineering solutions that work in the real world.

Zander CNC Solutions was established in 2020 and is independently operated by me, Zack Alexander. I work with manufacturers and machine shops locally and across the country, providing the technical expertise they need without the overhead of a large engineering firm.
